Submission Guidelines

A quick checklist for filling out the submission form so your website or article clears review on the first pass. For what we actually accept or reject, see our Editorial Guidelines.

Website / Link Submissions

  • URL: link directly to your homepage or the most representative page — not a redirect chain or a URL shortener.
  • Title: use your actual site or brand name, not a keyword-stuffed phrase.
  • Category: pick the single closest match. Editors can recategorize, but a wildly wrong category slows review down.
  • Description: one to two plain sentences describing what the site does and who it's for. Marketing taglines get trimmed.
  • Email: use an address you actually check — approval and rejection decisions are sent there.

Article Submissions

  • Canonical URL: the direct link to the published article, not your blog's homepage.
  • Abstract: summarize the actual content and findings — this is what readers see in the directory before clicking through.
  • Author: the real byline on the piece.

After You Submit

Every submission lands as pending and is reviewed by an editor — there is no auto-approval. You'll get an email the moment a decision is made.
